Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the HostelEZ mobile application and related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Definitions

Owner – PG or hostel owner, operator, or manager with an account
Tenant / Resident – individual whose accommodation is managed in the app
Platform – HostelEZ software provided by Vishsol LLP

3. Nature of the platform

HostelEZ is software only. Vishsol LLP does not own or operate any PG/hostel, is not a party to rental or payment arrangements between owners and tenants, and does not verify the identity or conduct of users. Accommodation obligations rest solely with owners and tenants.

4. Accounts

4.1 Owners

Owners must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under their account.

4.2 Tenants

Tenant login may be created by owners. Tenants must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy on first login to use tenant features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully, not misuse or disrupt the platform, and not upload false or unlawful data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Data responsibility

Owners confirm they have lawful authority to provide tenant data and are responsible for its accuracy and for informing tenants about app use. We process data per our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Owner subscription fees and terms are shown in the app
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay)
We do not store payment card or banking credentials
Tenant rent payments between owner and tenant are managed in the app; we are not a payment intermediary for tenant rent

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal compliance. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of all data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishsol LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the preceding three months, if any.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vishsol LLP from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, use of the app, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
